Edwin was great....this guy needs a raise! My AC went out on Saturday the 21st.....I called Bain and Edwin responded within just a couple of minutes.... He was at my home and fixed my AC in less than 30 minutes.... This guy was great and very nice....Bain.....you have a customer for life!

My father knew Carson Bain for many years. As soon as he and mom bought a house in 1966, Bain Oil was the first call. Now I live in the same house. We are still with Bain. Bain has the greatest service techs! They are personable, know their job and help you understand your HVAC system. They have come out in freezing temperatures as well as a sweltering Summer day to replace my A/C unit! Bain will always be our family provider!

Bain came out last summer and replaced our really old HVAC system at the office. As always we had a couple of glitches to work out and they stayed until we were 100% happy with the system. The Bain guys worked really well with our folks, price was dead on and they got it done fast (as we were really hot that was important).

Bain came out today on a service call at my home (David) and earned that business as well. The company we had service contract with could not get out for several days and wanted to charge us for the service call. Bain was out w/in 24 hours of my request and had the problem identified and fixed in 20 min. This is the kind of service that earns loyalty thank you Bain!

I want to commend Bain for your outstanding service and especially your serviceman David. I had been without air conditioning for four days. When I called you, I was referred to Meghan who was very courteous and helpful. David the serviceman went beyond what he needed to do and located the problem. I would definitely recommend your company to others in need of good service for air conditioning!! Thank you!!!!

Above and Beyond

It’s one thing to do the work you’re getting paid to do, but another to take time to help people in need unrelated to that job. While working on Timberlake Dr. in High Point last week, a new driver accidentally drove my vehicle into a tree, shrub, and the side of his house across from where two Bain employees were working. They immediately came over once they heard the impact, and used a saw to help dislodge the vehicle from a large shrub. The whole thing took probably 10 min, so they didn’t abandon their work assignment, but if not for their support, would have made a very traumatic incident far worse than it was. I just want to thank them both very much (don’t know their names), and to tell Bain that they have two employees with great character and integrity. These two men made all the difference in our lives that day.

We moved into our first home last year and didn't know what to do when our AC wouldn't cool one day. Angie's list pointed me in Bain's direction and everything has been great. Todd has come out twice (cleaned unit, then replaced fan capacitor) with the latter being on a SUNDAY. Both times he has been very professional and personal while knowing exactly what to do and had our AC working very quickly. He had no complaints showing up on Sunday even though I felt really bad requesting it. I will recommend Bain and especially Todd to anyone in the Triad area.

We moved into this house a couple years ago, I have had 3 occasions so far that I needed Bain Oil Company to help me out with my OLD heating and air unit. On all three occasions the service man was here with a couple of hours and the unit was fixed. The people that I have met and talked to are friendly and they are a pleasure to work with. The Service men are very knowledgeable and explain everything they are doing. We are very satisfied with Bain Heating and Cooling!  We would suggest Bain to anybody that needs Heating and air conditioning work done. Thanks for all that you do!

Bain Heating and Air installed 2 20 seer Trane air conditioners and 95% gas furnaces in my home. Everything from the estimate to the install to the follow up went perfectly. I would recommend them to anyone
